I have no hitch in saying that Big is back! But if you are unaware of the fact then you must attend at least one catwalk show or simply just visit a high street fashion store to notice the Big! change in the world of fashion.
From hair to heels, you’ll notice only one thing that is so common between them. Yes, their sizes are extra big and everything big and bulky is in fashion these days. In fashion catwalks or even in Hollywood, you won’t notice a single model or celebrity without big and volumized hair or without wearing large prints and pants. But is the same fashion phenomenon true for designer jewelry and accessories?
If we see the work of most popular and trendiest jewelry designers whether it be John Hardy, Astley Clarke or Shaun Leane, we find that in one way or the other Jewelry artists have also adopted the new trend. We find that big jewelry in bold shapes and bright colors is back in fashion.
In earrings you can notice that big flowery designs, large drops, over-sized hoops and large chandelier designs are back in fashion. Same thing is true for bangles and bracelets that is, oversized bangles are a must have fashion accessory while in necklaces you can find that big geometrical shaped necklaces containing gemstones are the latest trend.
With everything so big in fashion, should you adopt the trend? Here, I’ll suggest you to not follow the trend blindly. Think before adopting a style or wearing an accessory that whether it will suit your personality or not. If even for a second you feel that something big whether it be big volumized hairs or large earnings, does not suit you then simply abandon that change. Just learn to be yourself while loving yourself!
